2025년 가을 학기 한국어 채택교 교사 연수
휴스턴 교육원에서는 총영사관 관할 5개 지역의 미국 국·공립 중·고등학교에서
한국어를 가르치고 계신 초·중급 교사들을 모시고,
미국 학생들에게 한국어를 더욱 친근하고 재미있게 가르칠 수 있는 방법을
함께 고민하는 자리를 마련했습니다.
특히 선생님들께서 가장 궁금해하셨던 신기술 기반 한국어 교수법을 주제로,
현재 국방대학교에서 한국어 강좌를 담당하고 계시는 김영애 교수님께서
특별 강의를 해주셨습니다.
2025 Fall Training Program for Korean Language Teachers in U.S. Public Schools
The Korean Education Center in Houston welcomed Korean language teachers
from U.S. public schools across the five regions under the Consulate’s jurisdiction.
Together, we explored ways to make Korean language learning
more engaging and approachable for American students.
We were especially grateful to have Professor Young Ae Kim
from the Korea National Defense University, who delivered a special lecture on
technology-enhanced Korean language teaching methods,
a topic many teachers were eager to learn about.
