We would like to inform you that the essay topic has been updated from “The Significance of Korean Culture and Cultural Heritage in a Transitional Age” to “The Significance of Korean Culture and Cultural Heritage in a Transnational Age.” This change is effective as of April 23rd.
1. Amount of Scholarship - Best Honor Scholarship - $ 5,000 (2 students or so) - Excellent Honor Scholarship - $3,000 (4 students or so) - Honor Scholarship - $ 1,500 (58 students or so)
2. Application deadline: 6.28.(Fri) 5 pm (based on arrival at the Education Center)
3. Qualification - At the time of application, an applicant must be a full time 4-year college or graduate student who has achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher at least for the previous one academic year(Fall, 2023 ~ Spring*, 2024) * If not available, Spring(2023) is also accepted. ※ The GPA should be on a 4.0 basis (Pass or Fail is not acceptable) - Any students whose parents are Korean (either one or both) or any legally adopted Korean-American students are welcome to apply. - Scholarship will be awarded once in undergraduate and graduate level respectively. (Past beneficiary in graduate level must not apply for this scholarship)
