GKS 또는 KGSP 프로그램 지원자 중 부모님 또는 본인이 한국국적을 소지한 적이 있는 지원자는 다음의 사항을 반드시 참고하시기 바랍니다.

서류 제출시 주휴스턴총영사관에 한국국적상실을 증빙하는 내용의 서류를 반드시 첨부하셔야 합니다.

<제출서류>

- 제적등본(2008.1.1. 이전 한국국적 상실자)

- 가족관계증명서(2008.1.1. 이후 한국국적 상실자)

<신청 및 제출 절차>

- 신청 : 주휴스턴한국총영사관 홈페이지 / 영사 / 해당서류신청

- 제출 : 발급신청시 “GKS 신청자로써 주휴스턴한국교육원 제출용“이라고 밝혀 적어 주시면, 총영사관과 한국교육원이 서류처리

GKS and KGSP applicants,

If you or any one of your parents had diplomatic status in South Korea, please note the following.

You or/and your parents must submit proof of loss of citizenship (South Korea) to the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea. This is a mandatory document that must be attached with your GKS/ KGSP application.

(Documents to be submitted)

- If you or your parents filed loss of citizenship before January 1, 2008, please submit the Deleted Family Census Register

- If you or your parents filed loss of citizenship after January 1, 2008, please submit the Family Registry.

- Application can be found at the following location : Consulate General of the Republic of Korea website / Visit the Consulate in person / Receipt or certificate of loss of citizenship

- Submission : When applying, please attach a cover sheet on top of the application stating

"Houston Korean Education Center : submission for GKS/KGSP Application"
