On Feburary 24, 2018, Korean Language Class student gather up to experience Kimchi making.
Students listen to Mrs.Back, Advanced class teacher, explaining how to make kimchi and Gloryvee Ramos, University of Houston Lecturer and Advance class student, gave a lecture about how to use kimchi in American dining.
Students also have experienced making kimchi and taste Korean cusines like Kimjangnal, Kimchi making day in Korea.
Director Park, Mrs.Back and Ms.Ramos gave quizes about Kimchi at the end.
