On May 19th, 2022, at the High Meadows LIbrary Library in Houston, Houston Korean Education Center was invited and gave lectures to the participants on Korean language and Korean food.

Participants listened to lectures on scientific and easy-to-learn Hangeul, and had a fun time to write their names in Hangul, and enjoyed tasting delicious rice cakes such as various Korean rice cakes, injeolmi, wind rice cakes, and rice cakes with black beans, and sikhye, a traditional Korean drink.
