Houston Korean Education Center is pleased to offer Korean Cooking classes for adults who would like to learn the Korean cuisine and Korean expressions.

▣ Period

Class 1: 9/1, 9/8, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6 (14:30 -16:30)

Class 2: 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10 (14:30 -16:30)

Choose between Class 1 or Class 2. Both teach same curriculum.

Anyone who wants to learn Korean cooking

From July 16, 2018 (first come first served, 12 students in each class)

Day 1: 순두부(Spicy Soft Tofu Stew)/나물(Vegetable Side Dish)

Day 2: 만두(Korean Dumplings)/떡복이(Spicy Rice Cake)

Day 3: 수육(Pork Wraps)/겉절이(Geotjeori Kimchi)

Day 4: 안동찜닭(Braised Spicy Chicken w/ Veggies)/깍두기(Diced Radish Kimchi)

Day 5: 육개장(Spicy Beef and Leek Soup)/감자전(Potato Pancake)
